EDIH's Service
The goal of the EDIH project is to achieve the digital goals of the Digital Decade 2030. The focus is on building capacity and using advanced technologies in key sectors to accelerate digital transformation in the EU Member States. The project supports digital capacity and transformation of SMEs and public institutions across the EU.
EDIH in Iceland will ensure that SMEs and public institutions benefit from the digital growth opportunities. This initiative is part of the broader European Union programmes such as the Digital Europe Programme and Horizon Europe. Programmes aimed at strengthening Europe's global competitiveness through digital capabilities as well as accelerating the digital transformation of economies and societies by 2030.
How does this work?

EDIH provides companies with the opportunity to experiment with advanced technologies before making major investments, thereby reducing risk and encouraging innovation. The focus is on digital transformation in the areas of artificial intelligence, supercomputers and computer security.
